BAT MITZVAH FEES | 2026

This program offers a highly educational experience.
To ensure that it is affordable to all, our fees cover expenses only.

Note: The fees are subject to the Annual Increase below.

ANNUAL FEE & SUBSIDIES

• The monthly fee varies slightly, but averages $160, paid over 10 months by Direct Debit. This fee covers all weekly classes, learning materials and supplies, parent–daughter events, ceremony rehearsals, snacks, and excursions.

• Government subsidies may be available – please contact the office for further details.

• Should you require financial assistance, please contact our office.

SHABBATON FEE

PAYABLE ON THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO THE SHABBATON

A highlight in the program is the special Shabbaton for the Bnot Mitzvah, where the girls spend a memorable Shabbat together (starting Friday 5pm until Saturday 10pm). Parents and siblings join them for a traditional fully-catered Friday Night Dinner (starting 6:45pm).

• Shabbaton Fee per Bat Mitzvah girl: $100 (all-inclusive).

• Friday Night Dinner Fee (for parents/siblings): $60 adult / $40 under 12  (Subject to change)

  CEREMONY FEE

  PAYABLE ON THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY

  The Bat Mitzvah Ceremony is held at the end of the program - an event followed by catered cocktails. Parents invite generally approximately 25-30 guests but more can be accommodated upon request. All invited guests attend both ceremony and cocktails.

  • Ceremony Fee: To help cover the ceremony’s general expenses (i.e. invitations, musician, Chazan, PA system, presentations, movie, flowers and setup) $250. Optional: photos/Video excluded.

  • Cocktail Fee: TBC per person (subject to menu), based on your guest list.

      PAYMENTS: WHEN AND HOW?

• Only payments by direct debit from bank account or Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS are accepted.

• Fees are fully payable at the time of joining or by monthly credit card instalments. Reminder statements will not necessarily be issued. Payments will be processed by our office or external admin company, Child Care Central/RedPay.

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Should a parent choose to withdraw a pupil from the program, the remaining balance of the annual fee and ceremony fee will be payable. No discount will apply for absences.
